The purchase process, although quite long, was OK. The process to explain all the vehicle functions and settings was way too confusing. There are too many functions on the vehicle to understand them in one sitting. Of course, if I had a manual to refer to, it would have been helpful. I find it difficult to believe that I am buying a $44,000 vehicle and GM won't provide a manual which can't cost $50. I am disgusted with the cheapness of a vehicle manufacturer that does that. I will never buy another GM vehicle!!!

Directly addressed my issue, recurring PO26D engine code on a Duramax diesel, which is a blanket code for multiple causes. I was able to communicate directly with the Technician, Ron, and he was very receptive and I feel they have resolved my issue. I have driven the truck about 300 miles since they worked on it and so far, it is great!
